Off-Duty Officer Rescues Woman From Burning Car Before It Explodes

We need more heroes like this in the world! An off-duty correction officer carried a woman from her burning car, which exploded minutes later.

Donald Carson said he saw a car crash while he was driving, where a woman in an Audi rear-ended a tractor trailer, which caused a fire to start under the hood of the car.  He made a U-turn, weaved through traffic, and helped the woman in the car.  She was in a daze from the accident with a badly broken wrist, so he unbuckled her seat belt and carried her from the vehicle.

Minutes later, the car exploded as you can see in the video.

Thank God for his quick reaction, or who knows what would have happened.
